Introduction

Account Registration

6.1 Deposit Methods

pg168 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly; FPX bank transfers within 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits within 15–30 minutes following blockchain confirmation.

6.2 Currency

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same account. pg168 reserves the right to process withdrawals via any payment method available at its discretion. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by pg168 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; Bonus Funds that expire unfulfilled will be removed from the account without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pg168 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to exploit low-risk wagering on bonus funds, collusion with other players, or any other conduct designed to circumvent bonus terms — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for closure.

7.4 Welcome Bonuses

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per IP address applies. Players may select from the available welcome offers at the time of first deposit; the selection is final and cannot be changed after the deposit is credited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the pg168 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game studios. RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification. pg168 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only considered accepted and binding once pg168's system confirms the transaction and assigns a bet reference number. 8.3 Sports Betting

In the event of event postponement, abandonment, or result dispute, pg168's sports betting rules shall govern settlement. pg168's settlement decisions are final.

8.4 Mix Parlay

Mix parlay bets combining multiple selections are settled only when all component selections are settled. If one or more selections within a parlay are voided, the remaining selections form the settled bet at adjusted odds. Minimum and maximum mix parlay limits apply as stated in the sports betting rules.

8.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure affecting a game or bet, pg168 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the applicable stake. pg168 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg168 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or illegal means.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means of circumvention.
• Employing automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not approved in writing by pg168.

pg168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your pg168 account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pg168's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pg168 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content within it.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting pg168 Customer Support. Upon account closure, any remaining Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal processing requirements.

13.2 Termination by pg168

pg168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; engaging in prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; extended account inactivity (greater than 12 months with a zero balance); or where pg168 determines closure is necessary for regulatory, compliance, or security reasons.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14) shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pg168's international licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact pg168 Customer Support to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. pg168 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, eligible disputes may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as specified under pg168's licensing framework. pg168 will cooperate fully with any regulatory or dispute resolution proceedings conducted by its licensing authority.

Amendments to These Terms

pg168 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to registered Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
